§ 51.19 SERVICE PIPE MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS.

Service pipe material shall meet applicable American Water Works Association Specifications and shall be either Type K copper, or ductile iron cement lined pipe. Any new water service connection shall notbe less than one inch Type K copper nominal diameter pipe to the curb stop. Water lines larger than two inches diameter shall be ductile iron cement lined pipe.
