§ 51.16 WATER SERVICE APPLICATIONS.
    No connections with a water main shall be made without a permit being issued and a 24 hours’ notice having been given to the Director of Public Works requesting “hook-up inspection.” The permit issued shall be signed by the responsible individual to be billed for such service.
