§ 113.04 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall keep or display for operating or patronage by the public within this village, any video gaming terminal without having first obtained a license therefor from the village, through the Chief of Police. The license from the village for each terminal shall be in the form of a sticker that shall be affixed to the particular terminal for which it is issued. It shall be a prerequisite to any license from the village that the person keeping the video gaming terminal have a valid license from the State of Illinois for each such video gaming terminal and the loss or suspension of any such license by the State of Illinois shall automatically result in the same status for the license issued hereunder, without refund of any license fee. Pursuant to state regulation, the village, through the Chief of Police, shall also report to the State of Illinois any discipline or change in status of any video gaming licenses issued hereunder.
