§ 38.50 CONSIDERATION OF RELEASE OF MINUTES.
   At least every six months, the agenda for a meeting shall include the item: “Review of the minutes of all closed sessions that have not yet been released to the public and the determination of which such minutes, if any, should then be released.” Such minutes shall be reviewed in closed session for the purpose of determining, by findings of the Board, whether any of the minutes being held should be released in accordance with the terms of Illinois law. Minutes of the closed sessions shall be kept indefinitely until released and disposed of in accordance with Illinois law.
