(A) Special committees. Special committees shall be created from time to time as directed by the President and/or any Board member with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
(B) Additional boards, commissions and committees. Additional boards, commissions and committees not otherwise specifically provided for by statute or ordinance shall be appointed by the President and/or any Board member with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
(C) Liaisons to committees. There shall be a minimum of one Board member as liaison for all special committees, commissions or boards. The Board member shall be appointed by the President of the Village Board.
