No commercial garbage compactor shall be permitted to be operated on any commercial property within 300 feet of any residential property between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. This prohibition shall restrict only the compaction operation and not the loading of the device. All other performance standards of the Village Code of Ordinances shall continue to apply.
