   The village hereby determines to establish systems at the following intersections located within the corporate limits of the village:
      Randall / Gyorr Rd.
      Randall / McDonald Rd.
      Randall / Thornwood Ave.
      Randall / Access Dr. (formerly Corporation Dr.)
      Randall / Silver Glen Rd.
      Spring St. / McLean Blvd.
      Sundown / LaFox (Rt. 31)
