(A) The order of business of all meetings of the Village Board of Trustees shall meet the requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act and shall be timely set forth on the published and posted agenda for each meeting.
(B) Public comment and addresses from the audience during the regular meeting are limited to three minutes except by leave of the President or presiding officer serving in his or her stead. Public comment and addresses from the audience are not permitted during the Committee Meeting of the Whole or other meetings of other committees of the village except by leave of the President or other presiding officer.
