To reclaim an impounded vehicle, an interested party must report to the Police. Interested parties must be able to provide the Records Division with proof of ownership of the vehicle and proof of identity. Upon sufficient proof and payment of all administrative fees, the Record Division shall direct an interested party to the appropriate towing agency for payment of any towing fees, any storage fees, and - upon payment of all such fees - recovery of the vehicle.
