(A) Interested parties shall be provided the opportunity for a post-tow hearing to determine the validity of the tow and any related charges. Hearings shall be overseen by the Hearing Officer, who is designated as the Police Chief or his or her designee. The Hearing Officer shall have the authority to require the presence of the issuing officer or other village personnel at the meeting as needed.
(B) In those instances where the vehicle has been released, the hearing shall take place within seven (7) business days after the written request from an interested party is received by the Hearing Officer, unless a later date is requested by an interested party.
(C) In those instances where the vehicle remains impounded, the hearing shall take place at the date and time identified on the notice provided for in Section 76.03(C).
