§ 116.02 PERMITTED DISPLAYS.

(A) Pyrotechnic displays (using professional grade fireworks) are hereby permitted within the Village of South Elgin provided that the requirements of this chapter and the State Acts are fulfilled in their entirety.

(B) Consumer displays are not permitted.
