§ 116.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, all terms shall have the same meaning as those terms found in the Fireworks Use Act, ILCS Ch. 425, Act 35, and the Pyrotechnic Distributor and Operator Licensing Act, ILCS Ch. 225, Act 227, as amended (collectively the “State Acts”).
