It is unlawful for any person to distribute on any public sidewalk, street or way, unsolicited material of any kind within 100 of the entrance or exit of any elementary school property between the hours of 7:45 a.m. to 8:40 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; junior high or middle school between the hours of 8:40 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 3:10 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; or high school between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. and 2:55 p.m. to 3:10 p.m. on days in which classes are in session.
