§ 115.25 PENALTY FOR INTERFERENCE WITH MUNICIPAL WASTE SYSTEM.

Any person who collects, transports, or disposes of municipal solid waste without a contract or franchise and license issued by the village, or otherwise violates the provisions of this Chapter and/or other applicable village ordinances, shall be guilty of an offense against the village and may be subject to a fine of $30.
