The purpose of the Special Events Committee shall be as follows:
(A) To advise the President and Board of Trustees on issues, events and activities relating to the Riverfest Celebration and any other publicly sponsored special events or festivals the Committee wishes to recommend to the village’s Corporate Authorities.
(B) To recommend action by the Village Board of Trustees concerning issues, events and activities relating to the Riverfest Celebration and any other publicly sponsored special events or festivals the Committee wishes to recommend to the village’s Corporate Authorities.
