§ 111.52 LOCAL LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION.
   (A)    A Local Liquor Control Commission is hereby created, which shall be comprised of at least two members to be appointed by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner, and to serve at the pleasure of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
   (B)   A chairperson shall be designated by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner for the purpose of presiding over the Commission's meetings.
   (C)   The Village Administrator shall appoint a member of the village staff to advise the Commission and assist in the conduct of such meetings, if necessary.
   (D)   The Commission shall have and exercise the following duties and powers:
      (1)   To review applications and investigate applicants for liquor licenses and to submit findings and recommendations to the Local Liquor Control Commissioner setting forth its conclusions regarding such applications;
      (2)   To be present at disciplinary hearings conducted by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner, in order to hear testimony and to submit its findings and recommendations to the Commissioner, setting forth its conclusions regarding the existence and nature of any violation of the Village Code; and to recommend the appropriate disciplinary action to be taken, if any;
      (3)   To keep written records of its meeting and proceedings; and
      (4)   To perform such other duties as determined by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
