§ 111.33 CLASS “C” LICENSES.
   (A)   (1)   Class "C" licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor on the premises of any tavern, bar or saloon for consumption on the premises. The hours of sale of alcoholic beverages shall not be greater than Sunday - Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
      (2)   A holder of a Class "C" license may obtain a late night permit.
      (3)   A holder of a Class "C" license may obtain a packaged goods permit.
   (B)   Class "C-1".
      (1)   Class "C-1" licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquors for consumption on the premises. The primary purpose of the premises shall be a tavern, bar or saloon with a general service bar, with or without food service. In addition to regular restrictions and penalties, these licenses are further subject to the following restrictions:
         (a)   Under no circumstances shall the general service bar be more than 25% of the total patron area;
         (b)   Live entertainment shall be allowed upon the granting of a live entertainment permit.
      (2)   There is an annual fee of $1,800 for a Class "C-1" license. There shall be six Class "C-1" licenses.
