§ 111.32 CLASS “B” LICENSES.
   (A)   (1)   Class "B" licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor on the premises of any restaurant for consumption on the premises. The hours of sale of alcoholic beverages shall be not greater than Sunday - Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
      (2)   A holder of a Class "B" license may obtain a late night permit.
      (3)   A holder of a Class "B" license may obtain a packaged goods permit.
   (B)   Class "B-1".
      (1)   Class "B-1" licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquors for consumption on the premises. The primary purpose of the premises shall be a restaurant with a general service bar. In addition to regular restrictions and penalties, these licenses are further subject to the following restrictions:
         (a)   Under no circumstances shall the general service bar area be more than 25% of the total patron area;
         (b)   Live entertainment shall be allowed upon the granting of a live entertainment permit.
      (2)   There is an annual fee of $1,800 for a Class "B-1" license. There shall be 12 Class "B-1" licenses.
   (C)   Class "B-2".
      (1)   Class "B-2" licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquors for consumption on the premises. The primary purpose of the premises shall be a restaurant with a restricted service bar. In addition to regular restrictions and penalties, these licenses are further subject to the following restrictions:
         (a)   Live entertainment shall be allowed under the granting of a live entertainment permit.
      (2)   There is an annual fee of $1,500 for a Class "B-2" license. There shall be six Class "B-2" licenses.
   (D)   Class "B-3".
      (1)   Class "B-3" licenses shall authorize the retail sale of beer and wine for consumption on the premises. The primary purpose of the premises shall be a restaurant with a restricted service bar.
      (2)   There is an annual fee of $1,200 for a Class "B-3" license. There shall be 11 Class "B-3" licenses.
