§ 111.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; TERM.
   It is unlawful within the boundaries of the village to sell alcoholic liquor, offer alcoholic liquor for sale at retail, or permit the consumption of alcoholic liquor on the premises of any business operating as a public accommodation without having a retail liquor dealer’s license. It is also unlawful within the boundaries of the village to sell alcoholic liquor, offer alcoholic liquor for sale at retail, or permit the consumption of alcoholic liquor on the premises of any business operating as a public accommodation in violation of the terms of such license. Each local liquor license issued under this chapter shall terminate on December 31 following date of issuance.
