§ 37.61 BUSINESS TO FILE REPORT.
   Every person engaged in using in the village an automobile which is rented from a renter outside the state and which is titled or registered with an agency of the state shall file all reports as required by ILCS Ch. 35, Act 155, § 4, with the State Department of Revenue.
