The Standard Fire Prevention Code is hereby adopted with the 1980 Revision of Amendments thereto, which code is published in book form and which is referred to, incorporated herein, and made a part hereof for all purposes, copy of which code is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and the office of the Building Official. Violation of this chapter shall be punishable with the maximum fine amount able to impose by S.C. Code § 14-25-65 without indictment by grand jury or 30 days in jail.
