§ 91.01 DEEDED ROADS.

Roads deeded to the town must meet Lexington County specifications. The Town of South Congaree will not be responsible for the cost incurred in cutting new roads. Roads being cut by a private citizen (not a real estate developer and the like) for personal access may be exempt from paving the deeded road.
