§ 93.46 VIOLATIONS.

Violation of this subchapter or failure to comply with any of its provisions shall be a misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, in accordance with § 93.99. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
