§ 70.06 SELLING, WASHING OR REPAIRING VEHICLE IN ROADWAY.
   No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle on any street for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying it for sale;
   (B)   Displaying for sale or advertising any other product; or
   (C)   Washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency
