No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with law or the directions of a police officer or traffic control device, in any of the following places:
(A) On a sidewalk;
(B) In front of a public or private driveway or so near thereto as to interfere with the unobstructed use of the driveway;
(C) Within an intersection;
(D) Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant;
(E) On a crosswalk;
(F) Within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection or at a school crossing;
(G) Within 30 feet on the approach to any flashing beacon, stop signal or traffic control device located on the side of a roadway;
(H) Within 50 feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing;
(I) Within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station, or within 75 feet on the side of a street opposite the entrance to any fire station;
(J) Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction, when stopping, standing or parking would obstruct the normal flow of traffic;
(K) On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of the street;
(L) On any bridge or other elevated structure on a highway, or within any tunnel;
(M) At any place where official signs prohibit stopping or parking; or
(N) Stopping or standing to load or unload passengers on any street or roadway where parking is provided outside the normal travel portion of the roadway.
