§ 90.30 CONFINEMENT OF ANIMALS BITTEN BY RABID ANIMALS.
   The County Health Department shall serve notice in writing upon the owner/custodian of a pet or other animal known to have been bitten by an animal known or suspected of being affected by rabies requiring the owner/custodian to confine such animal for a period of not less than six (6) months; except that, animals properly treated with antirabic vaccine shall be confined for a period of not less than three (3) months.
