§ 30.40 APPOINTMENT; TERM; SALARY.
   The Municipal Clerk shall be appointed by the Town Council, and shall serve that office indefinitely or until a successor is appointed and qualified. The Clerk shall receive a salary and expenses at a sum to be fixed by Council for any service performed as Clerk.
