§ 30.35 COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TOWN ADMINISTRATOR AND TOWN COUNCIL.
   The Town Administrator shall relate to and communicate with Town Council on any and all problems, situations and conditions that arise concerning any department or activity of the town that, in the opinion of the Administrator, is of significance. At any time, Town Council may inquire with the Town Administrator on any and all problems, situations and conditions that arise concerning any department or activity of the town.
