§ 36.03 APPOINTMENT OF ACTING MUNICIPAL JUDGE.
   (A)   The Mayor may in the absence, sickness, incapacity or disqualification of the Municipal Judge, or for any reason, appoint a disinterested person to serve temporarily until further verified by the Town Council.
   (B)   The appointee shall take the prescribed oath of office before entering upon his or her duties.
