The Municipal Court established by this chapter shall include one (1) or more full-time or part-time municipal judges, who shall be appointed by a majority vote of the Town Council. The term of his or her office shall be for two (2) years. The salary of the Municipal Judge shall be fixed by the Town Council. Before entering and upon the discharge of his or her duties, he or she shall take and subscribe the oath of office.
