§ 34.04 TO BE CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO STATE LAW.
   Municipal primary, general and special elections shall be conducted mutatis mutandis.

§ 34.05 METHOD OF DETERMINING ELECTION RESULTS.
   Candidate nominations and election results shall be determined according to the nonpartisan plurality method described in S.C. Code § 5-15-61.

§ 34.06 TIME OF FILING.
   Candidates must be a currently registered voter residing in the Town of South Congaree at the time of filing. The filing fee must be received by the Municipal Clerk not later than 60 days prior to the election in order to have the candidate’s name placed on the election ballot.

§ 34.08 QUALIFYING CANDIDATES.
