(A) Regular nonpartisan elections pursuant to the plurality method authorized in S.C. Code § 5-15-61 shall be held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in April in each even numbered year.
(B) In the event of a tie vote for any office, a runoff election shall be held pursuant to S.C. Code § 5-15-125 two (2) weeks following the election in which the tie vote occurred.
(C) Special elections to fill vacancies shall be held pursuant to S.C. Code § 7-13-190.
