§ 33.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF CIVIL DEFENSE SYSTEM.
   The Town Council of South Congaree, South Carolina hereby establishes the Civil Defense Division as a branch of service to the citizens of South Congaree. All rules and regulations pertaining to civil defense shall be consistent with rules and recommendations of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
