§ 158.115 INTENT.

(A) This district is intended to provide areas for industrial and closely related uses, to encourage the proper design, placement and grouping of industrial uses, and to protect adjacent districts from potentially harmful effects.

(B) This district is not intended to accommodate general retail commercial uses or residential uses.
