§ 32.16 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PURCHASING AGENT. The Town Finance Officer or his or her designee who is authorized and responsible for the purchasing of equipment, supplies, and services for town use.
   TOWN. The Town of South Congaree, South Carolina.
   TOWN AGENCY. Any department or division of town government.
