§ 32.15 GUIDELINES SUBJECT TO REVISION.
   (A)   This procurement subchapter is intended for use as a guide to town purchasing methods. When used with good judgement and common sense, the policies and procedures established herein will enable the town to obtain needed equipment, supplies and services in an efficient and economical manner.
   (B)   The cooperation of all employees is essential if the town is to obtain maximum value for each tax dollar spent. While this subchapter does not answer all questions related to purchasing, it does provide the foundation for a sound centralized purchasing system.
   (C)   The material is subject to revision to meet changing developments in the field of purchasing and in the economy. Within these limits, the subchapter should provide the basic information for town employees involved in purchasing. Those involved should be familiar with and adhere to the guidelines set forth herein.
