(A) Except as otherwise stated herein, violators of any provision of this chapter shall be penalized.

(B) The aforementioned fines and penalties may be in lieu of, or in addition to, any other penalty provided by law.
(C) After issuing one (1) warning by certified mail, the town/privately owned water system may disconnect the water service of any person or customer whenever it is determined that the person has failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter. Services disconnected under these circumstances shall be restored only upon payment of a reconnection charge, hereby established at $15, and any other costs incurred by the town/privately owned water system in discontinuing service. In addition, suitable assurances must be given to the town.
