Matters to be considered by Council at a regular meeting shall be placed on a written agenda and posted 24 hours before the meeting. Matters not on the agenda may be considered at the request of a member unless objected to by two (2) members. Any citizen of the municipality is entitled to an appearance before Council at any regular meeting with the exception of personnel matters. Persons desiring to speak must notify the Town Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting.
