Immediately at the hour appointed for Council meetings, the person designated by Council shall preside, and if a quorum is present, the business shall proceed in the following order:
(A) Invocation/pledge allegiance;
(B) Reading of the minutes;
(C) Reading of any petitions or communications;
(D) Report from committees;
(E) Business tabled or not concluded before;
(F) New business;
(G) Introduction of ordinances or resolutions;
(H) Reports from town officers;
(I) Miscellaneous business not included in proceedings;
(J) Public comments; and
(K) Executive session.
