(A) (1) The salary of the Mayor shall be $3,000 annually and the salaries of the members of the Town Council shall be $1,500 annually.
(2) The aforesaid salaries shall be paid biannually on April 30 and November 1 of each calendar year, and payment of the salaries shall be contingent upon the availability of funds in the town treasury.
(B) (1) The Mayor and members of the Town Council shall be reimbursed for their actual expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties upon submission of signed expense reimbursement forms.
(2) Prior to payment of the expenses, reimbursement forms shall be reviewed and approved by the Council on a monthly basis.
