§ 30.04 MAYOR PRO TEM.
   At the first meeting on each new Council organization (after each regular election), the Council shall elect a Mayor Pro Tem who shall perform all the duties pertaining to the office of Mayor in the absence of the Mayor due to sickness, incapacity or other causes.
