§ 151.111 CONFLICT WITH OTHER LAWS.
   (A)   In interpreting and applying the provisions of these regulations, the requirements shall be considered as the minimum requirements for the subdivision of land within the jurisdiction of Lexington County. It is not the intent of these regulations to interfere with or abrogate or annul any easements, covenants or other agreements between parties, provided, however, that where these regulations impose a greater restriction upon the use of property or premises or upon the buildings thereon, or require greater space than is imposed by the other resolutions, rules or regulations, or by easements, covenants or agreements, or by ordinances, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
   (B)   All ordinances and resolutions regulating the subdivision of land adopted prior to the effective date of these regulations are hereby repealed.
