(A) In the event the subdivider plans to secure approval of his or her subdivision design from the Federal Housing Administration, the subdivider may wish to secure the approval prior to the submission of a preliminary plat to the Planning Commission.
(B) Compliance with FHA standards does not preclude compliance with these regulations nor any other applicable codes, regulations or ordinances.
