(A) Subdivision names or other project names shall not duplicate or be confused with existing names.
(B) Names are subject to the approval of the Development Coordinator to eliminate duplicate or confusing names.
(C) A permanent sign structure at a designated principal access to the sudivision may be installed announcing the name of the subdivision, provided that the sign shall not encroach upon the right-of-way of the street or road from which the subdivision is accessed and shall not in any way impede the vision of motorists entering and exiting the subdivision.
