(A) Non-residential blocks shall be of the length and width as may be suitable for their prospective use, including adequate provision for off-street parking and loading.
(B) Residential blocks shall not exceed 20 lots in length or be less than 600 feet from corner to corner, provided, however, that the requirements can be modified when appropriate due to the topography or physical shape of the property being subdivided.
(C) The width of any block shall be sufficient to allow two (2) tiers of lots except where topography prohibits or except as otherwise provided for in these regulations.
