§ 151.001 ADOPTION.

(A) The Town Council of South Congaree duly assembled on 5-5-1992 and did vote to adopt, for the town, the Lexington County Subdivision Regulations. Included is the addendum addressing Lexington County sediment control and storm drainage.

(B) All subdivision plats are to be reviewed and approved by the South Congaree Planning Commission.
