(A) The latest International and National codes specified by state law are hereby adopted as though they were copied fully herein.
(B) Any matters in the above codes which are contrary to existing ordinances of the Town of South Congaree, Lexington County, South Carolina shall prevail and, to that extent any existing ordinances to the contrary are hereby repealed in that respect only.
(C) Within the codes, when reference is made to the duties of a certain official named therein, that designated official of the Town of South Congaree, Lexington County, South Carolina who has duties corresponding to those of the named official in the code shall be deemed to be the responsible official insofar as enforcing the provisions of the code are concerned.
