§ 132.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this section, LOITERING shall mean remaining idle in essentially one (1) location, spending time idly, loafing or walking around aimlessly in a public place, including vacant lots, business locations and other private property unattended by the owner or to conduct oneself in a manner as to:
   (A)   Create or cause to be created any disturbance or annoyance to the comfort and repose of any person;
   (B)   Create or cause to be created a danger of a breach of the peace;
   (C)   Obstruct or hinder the free passage of vehicles or pedestrians;
   (D)   Obstruct or interfere with any person lawfully in any public place;
   (E)   Engage in betting;
   (F)   Engage in gambling;
   (G)   Engage in prostitution;
   (H)   Solicit or engage in any business, trade or commercial transaction unless specifically authorized and licensed to do so;
   (I)   Unlawfully use or possess any unlawful drug; or
   (J)   Unlawfully use or possess alcoholic beverages, beer or wine on premises that are not licensed for on premise consumption.
