§ 130.02 RESISTING ARREST OR INTERFERING WITH EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS.

Any person who shall resist arrest or interfere with any employee or officer of the Town of South Congaree in the discharge of his or her duties shall be guilty of a misdemeanor under § 10.99.
