§ 130.01 FAILURE TO OBEY A POLICE COMMAND.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, within the corporate limits of the Town of South Congaree, to fail to obey a direct command of any police officer.

(B) This command may be made by use of a blue light, hand signals or verbal.
